Is your inbox always full? Mine too. Does one sent create 5 more? Same here. I’ve been working on my e-mail productivity. Here is what I’ve found:

1. Make an Inbox Handicap

2. Get your inbox to zero.

3. Clear the clutter

4. Send a personal email

5. Have your own email account

One last thing - I’m aggregating all my email accounts into Gmail. I’m trading in folders for labels and new search capabilities, for now.

What do you do with all your great ideas?

I am always thinking of ideas and often wish I had one place to both write and keep track of them.
I have tried lots of web apps and keep coming back to a good composition notebook. The problem is I don’t always have the darn notebook.
